Hi, I'm JamikaAs a mom of five, life gets full quickly, but I found that carving out time to workout while creating personal goals changed everything. Not just physically, but in how I showed up every day. That shift is what led me to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, because I wanted to help other women find the same thing.I hold my NASM certification in personal training and a Precision Nutrition coaching certification. But more than credentials, I bring the perspective of someone who has been where you are, busy, overwhelmed, and unsure where to start.
